This is for couples wanting a small intimate ceremony with close family and friends. A short and simple ceremony that allows for the legal components to be completed. This option is ideal for those who wish to get married legally and have a ‘wedding event’ internationally or at an alternate venue.
What’s included:
- Small intimate ceremony with close family and friends either at your home or another location.
- A face-to-face meeting at a convenient location and time to share your wedding day journey. Here I will explain legalities, wedding day proceedings, and complete the Notice of Intended Marriage
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence and editing of the ceremony script.
- Delivery of the wedding ceremony.
- Printing of legal and personal vows for the ceremony.
- A presentation certificate on your wedding day.
- Completion of all legal paperwork (Official Certificate of Marriage/ Declaration of no Legal Impediment, Marriage Registry, couple Marriage Certificate).
- Preparation and lodgement of all legal documents with Births, Deaths & Marriage office in the state you are married.
Fully Personalised Ceremony
This is a ceremony for larger audiences where the couple would like to include all the bells and whistles. Each party to marriage completes a personalised questionnaire so I can weave elements of ‘your story’ into the ceremony. Parties to marriage will also customise their wedding with choice of reading, poems, vows, rings etc.
What’s included:
- Medium – Large ceremony at a venue decided by the couple.
- A face-to-face meeting at a convenient location and time to share your wedding day journey. Here I will explain legalities, wedding day proceedings, and complete the Notice of Intended Marriage.
- Writing of your personalised ceremony script (with options to include your backstory, personal vows, readings and more).
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence and editing of the ceremony script.
- Assistance and advice regarding wedding ceremonies including rituals, ceremony ideas, vows, readings etc.
- Optional 1 hour rehearsal before the wedding day. We will go through the full wedding script, practice readings and vows, positioning, I will meet family members, bridal party, and your witnesses. Here we can finalise paperwork, test music, and a chance for you to ask questions before the day.
- Estimated preparation and travel time to the venue.
- Delivery of the wedding ceremony.
- Printing of legal and personal vows for the ceremony.
- A presentation certificate on your wedding day.
- Completion of all legal paperwork (Official Certificate of Marriage/ Declaration of no Legal Impediment, Marriage Registry, couple Marriage Certificate).
- Preparation and lodgment of all legal documents with Births, Deaths & Marriage office in the state you are married.
- Use of a quality PA System if required (may not be necessary for smaller ceremonies).
